§ 42-437. Prohibition.

No person shall repair a motor vehicle on a public street located within the city limits unless such repair is for the sole purpose of immediately removing such vehicle from the street. The presence of a vehicle under repair on a public street is hereby declared a public nuisance which may be abated as such in accordance with this article.
