§ 38-48. Municipal sales tax adopted.

The local sales tax of one percent as authorized in the Municipal Sales and Use Tax Act, V.T.C.A., Tax Code § 321.101, has been adopted by the voters of the city as the result of an election held for that purpose on October 7, 1967.
