§ 26-19. Hours open to the public.

(a)

The municipal parks shall be open to the general public only between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person except for employees of the city engaged in the performance of their official duties to be in any municipal park except between the hours set forth herein.

(c)

Any exceptions to the requirements of this section are authorized only by council approval.
